I'm not happy with my shading, it dosen't seems right to me, any tips?

Hudson ( hunson, I have no idea) looks a little too huge. Finn's barely noticeable. Maybe if it was done at a different angle. I dont know :P

I agree, the shading does look a bit off, you did an awesome job on Hudson's coloring I think,but Finn looks a little out of place... I think perhaps he needs to be shaded darker.
